Method of Applications
Before applying Emulsion, the mould should be completely wetted which assures a continuous, stable Parting film and helps minimize cost per moldings. Thus it eliminates sticking in extruders, moulds, calendars, and other equipment’s throughout the rubber processing Operation. The technique for applying this product varies because of deference in production equipment. It can be sprayed automatically or applied manually by swabbing, wiping, dipping or hand spraying.
